“Seductive Affair” – Book Review | Left me wanting for more…

Author: Rishabh Puri

Genre: Contemporary Romance

Number of Pages: 173 pages

Prisha is fresh out of college with a broken heart but lots of dreams in her eyes. Soon she lands with her dream job where she develops an instant crush on Rajesh, the start reporter of the newspaper she is working with. Some time later they have to go on a business trip to cover a story. As they begin their venture, Prisha realizes there is more to the story that what was revealed. One thing leads to another and she finds herself in the arms and grasp of the man who she thought despised him.

I have read the author’s previous work ‘Flying Without Wings’ and thus expected a good and heartwarming story and I feel disappointed. The story is cliche but the pace of the book makes it readable. The way it began had good potential but the charm got lost after a while and it left me wanting for more. If someone is looking for a light and fast romance with a bit of soft graphic content, they may enjoy this one. The language is easy but good and so can be appealing to beginners.

Rating : 2/5 stars
